Watchhouse , the self titled album is here!

Watchhouse is out and available everywhere!

For the band, it was a long year and a half, but knowing that they had this record made truly saved them when the pandemic began.

The band recorded the record in their friend Alex Bingham‘s family’s lake house a few hours from their home in Chapel Hill, NC. Producers Josh Kaufman and James Goodwin became instantly inspiring. The band said, “it was a dream to create with them. We brought a million ideas and still gained an infinite amount from the musical genius and perspective of Josh Kaufman, Josh Oliver, Clint Mullican, and Joe Westerlund all brought their invaluable musical intuitions to the room in a way that felt easier, freer and more unrestricted than on any earlier albums.” Give it a listen today!

That Spell , Andrea’s new full length album, out today!

That Spell is out and available everywhere!

Andrea took her time making this album: she isolated with her brother David and engineer James Fleege in a small studio in Ashland, Nebraska over the course of six months. The time they spent in the studio making music was a safe place away from the stress of what felt like the world falling apart. While this album was made during quarantine, it is not necessarily a quarantine record- but rather about Andrea’ childhood, inequality, climate change, and so much more. Take some time to listen here!

Andrea releases title track of upcoming album, That Spell

Andrea is excited to announce the title track off of her upcoming album, That Spell, is out in the world today! The song speaks to anyone who has been subjected to inequality:

“‘That Spell’ was written late one winter’s night out of the frustration of the world around me. #metoo was a well established movement but I wasn’t seeing the change in my own life or the world in the ways I wanted to. This is an ironically happy sounding song that plays into the narrator's need to fake smiles, play nice, and not offend- but by the end of the first chorus they put their foot down and do what feels right to their true self.””- AvK

Upside Down, Watchhouse’s lastest single, out today!

Watchhouse releases their third single in advance of their upcoming album, Watchhouse.

“Today we present Upside Down, the last peek of the album before it’s out 8/13! This song had a long and generous evolution. Andrew kept writing more parts and every time we’d think it was getting too twisty, we’d realize it was too late and the sections had become one. There are so many words here that resonate deeply, especially the notion of having missed someone your whole life before you meet them. Give it a listen today 😽”- Emily & Andrew
